Cancellation Policy

➤ You can create a new reservation no later than 12 hours before the start of the lesson. ➤ Cancel or change a reservation You can cancel a reservation you have made up to 24 hours before the start, and the money will be returned to your credit package. ➤ You can become a substitute. If someone from a full lesson apologizes, if you are the first in the list of substitutes, you will receive a message about it. A window (option) will open for you to reserve the lesson, which lasts 1 hour. If you do not use the option, the reservation is offered to the next substitute in the list.
