Booking and cancellation conditions
➤ Cancellation of the order by the operator of the Masná playground, the Dráčkova language kindergarten association, the beachclub Strahov, the tennis club
➤ The operator of the Hřiště Masná and the member of the association or the customer have expressly agreed that the operator has the right to cancel part and/or the entire order in the event of: ➤ Interruption and/or significant reduction in energy supply within the framework of the announcement of energy regulatory levels and/or other public measures limiting energy consumption, and/or. ➤ In the event of announced restrictions related to measures to prevent the spread of viral diseases. ➤ With the proviso that cancelled and/or limited orders will in such a case be replaced in the following period, by setting off the unused payment against the payment for the new period, in the event that the member or the customer does not participate in the new period, the unused payment will be refunded to him. ➤ A member of the Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola Beachclub Strahov association, tennis club or the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to these stated and agreed permissions, as he/she, as a member of the association, is aware that the association is a registered association and not a commercial corporation, and therefore does not have the possibility to obtain financial resources for its activities (including the operation of sports facilities) other than in the form of membership fees and/or subsidies, which are not eligible.

The operator of Drackova jazykova materska skola, tennis club will proceed according to the information contained in the confirmed order. For activities beyond the scope of the order, the prior consent of the customer will be required.
➤ confirmation of reservation and order
Confirmation of use of the sports facility means confirmation of the order in the Booker online reservation application, or the reservation application for individual or group training in Tennis for adults and Individual lessons for children.

➤ validity of the conditions
➤ These Terms and Conditions for the use of the Hřistě Masná sports venue, ("Terms") govern the use of the sports facilities by members of the Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola Beachclub Strahov association, tennis section, ID: 26670828 and non-members of the association (hereinafter referred to as the "client"). ➤ These Terms and Conditions include the currently valid amount of membership and section contributions.
➤ obligations of the member and the client
➤ The member and the client are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Operating Rules of the area and the Operating Rules of the sports facility and the operating rules of the pressurized hall and to behave in accordance with them. ➤ The member and the client are obliged to report their arrival at the sports facility to the sports facility reception - the reception will inform the member of the type of sports facility.
CANCELLATION | season tickets
➤ Deposits can be made the day before until 7:00 PM
➤ All unpaid reservations and cancellation fees (the client orders a sports facility, does not show up or does not cancel their reservation on the specified date) are recorded and Hřiště Masná will request their payment.
➤ compensation system
➤ Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola, tennis club, allows for so-called compensation of the unrealized proportional part of a training unit. In this case, a unit is understood to be a tennis lesson (55 minutes of play + 5 minutes of court maintenance), or a "sports" lesson with a coach, etc. Parts of the lesson (e.g. 15, 45 minutes) cannot be replaced. ➤ Compensation means the possibility of choosing an alternative date for carrying out a proportional part of the unrealized training unit. ➤ The right to compensation can be applied and withdrawn for a period of 90 days from its inception. The selection of compensation in a higher price range is possible only after paying the resulting monetary difference, calculated according to the valid membership and club contributions. The selection of compensation in a lower price range does not establish the right to a reduction in the membership or club contribution. ➤ After the 90-day period has elapsed, the right to compensation expires. ➤ If the payment of the membership and club contribution also includes the activities of a coach, the 90-day period does not apply to it and the compensation can be drawn at any time during the period in which it was applied, and further under the conditions stated above. ➤ Adverse weather conditions or the influence of other factors independent of the will of the playground operator do not entitle the customer or club member to compensation, unless otherwise specified for the specific service.

➤ payment of membership and section fees
➤ The member is obliged to pay the specified membership and club contribution by the specified date. If the date for payment of the membership and club contribution is not met, Dráčkova jazyková matřská škola, obslední tenisu reserves the right to cancel the membership in accordance with the relevant provisions of the statutes. By paying the membership and club contribution, the member of Dráčkova jazyková matřská škola, obslední tenisu, among other things, also has the right to use the sports facilities to the approved extent.
