Dear tennis fans!

Greetings to you and we hope you enjoy your summer in health and according to your wishes!

In this post, we would like to introduce you to a few changes regarding the adult tennis course. After a trial period of this new service, based on our experience since the course started in April this year, we have decided to make some adjustments to the offer.

1➤ REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE

This message only applies to new course participants; it is for informational purposes only.

➤ In order to book specific lessons in the calendar, you must first register on the website (follow the instructions on the ADULTS TENNIS page). Until now, registration and access to reservations were automatic, meaning reservations could be made immediately after registration. Now, registration and access will be approved by the club (just like it has always been for new children at the Tennis School). The process may take 1-2 days and newly registered students will be notified of the approval by email. At that point, they will be able to book in the calendar and manage all activities.

2 ➤ RULES FOR RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO RESERVED APPOINTMENTS

➤ You can make a new reservation no later than 12 hours before the start of the lesson.

➤ You can cancel or change your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the lesson. The money will be refunded to your credit package. After that, the system will no longer allow changes and the money cannot be refunded.

➤ The coach can also cancel the lesson if it is clear that due to the conditions (especially weather) the game will not be possible. In this case, you will receive a cancellation message from us by email and the money will be refunded back to your credit package.

➤ However, there is an exception ⚠️ If, for example, a strong storm occurs during a lesson that has already begun and the game has to be ended, then the money will not be refunded!
