Sports venue Masná operating rules BEZPEČNOSTNÍ PŘEDPIS A BEZPEČNOSTNÍ ŘÁD PŘETLAKOVÉ HALY HŘIŠTĚ MASNÁ ➤ Přetlaková hala je technické sportovní zařízení Dráčkovy jazykové mateřské školy Beachclub Strahov z.s. a je instalováno nad venkovním kurtem – velké hřiště na dobu přechodnou (říjen – duben) kalendářního roku. ➤ S ohledem na technické parametry (stabilita stavby na základě přetlaku vzduchu) je povinností provozovatele seznámit všechny uživatele haly s tímto bezpečnostním předpisem a provozním řádem. ➤ Bezpečnostní předpis a provozní řád upravuje a vymezuje povinnosti uživatelů haly a povinnosti, odpovědnost a práva provozovatele haly a správce Hřiště Masná. (dále jen „vedoucí provozu“) zavazuje všechny uživatele haly tento řád dodržovat a bezpodmínečně se jím řídit. V případě porušení tohoto řádu se uživatelé vystavují postihu ze strany provozovatele a může jím být znemožněno užívání haly a může jím být vstup do haly zakázán. Organizovaná činnost zavazuje organizátora řízeným dohledem nad činností, která v hale probíhá. Provozovatel je povinen seznámit a vyškolit osoby, které se na organizované činnosti v hale podílí, zejména seznámit je s těmito bezpečnostními předpisy a provozním řádem haly. užívání velkého hřiště v době instalace haly má jiný režim než v době, kdy hala není instalována. Hala funguje v režimu uzavřená (vstup zakázán) a v režimu otevřená (vstup povolen). Tlak vzduch v hale je v režimu otevřeno/zavřeno odlišný. Vedoucí provozu organizuje v přetlakové hale sportovní činnost a je odpovědnou osobou v době obou režimů. Vedoucí provozu dle objednávek uživatelů otevírá a zavírá halu. Otevřením a zavřením se rozumí: blokace vstupu do haly zámkem, nastavení režimu tlaku haly (regulace napájení motoru VZT), nastavení topení, nastavení osvětlení, kontrola kotevního límce a úklid sportovního náčiní a nářadí. ➤ Omezení vstupu do haly a pokyny pro využití haly Každá osoba je povinna dodržovat pravidla pro využití haly a řídit se pokyny vedoucího provozu, zejména vstupovat do haly jen s jeho souhlasem v režimu otevřené haly. Vstup pro hráče je omezen na herní čas, který mají rezervován, do haly mohou hráči vstoupit 5 minut před začátkem hodiny a jsou povinni odejít po hře do 5 minut po konci hodiny. Vedoucí provozu je pověřen kontrolou zásad bezpečného chování v hale a je odpovědnou osobou za dodržování požárních předpisů a řídí a koordinuje činnost při mimořádných událostech (události, kdy může být ohrožena integrita haly způsobená poklesem tlaku v hale) . Jakýkoliv zásah do strojních zařízení podporujících tlak v hale může provádět jen technik dodavatele haly (fy.Techtex) Je zakázáno poškozovat bezpečností značení a ostatní bezpečnostní a hasební zařízení. Všichni uživatelé haly jsou povinni dodržovat pořádek v prostorách haly a zbytečně halu neznečišťovat. Booking and cancellation conditions ➤ Cancellation of the order by the operator of the Masná playground, the Dráčkova language kindergarten association, the beachclub Strahov, the tennis club ➤ The operator of the Hřiště Masná and the member of the association or the customer have expressly agreed that the operator has the right to cancel part and/or the entire order in the event of: ➤ Interruption and/or significant reduction in energy supply within the framework of the announcement of energy regulatory levels and/or other public measures limiting energy consumption, and/or. ➤ In the event of announced restrictions related to measures to prevent the spread of viral diseases. ➤ With the proviso that cancelled and/or limited orders will in such a case be replaced in the following period, by setting off the unused payment against the payment for the new period, in the event that the member or the customer does not participate in the new period, the unused payment will be refunded to him. ➤ A member of the Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola Beachclub Strahov association, tennis club or the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to these stated and agreed permissions, as he/she, as a member of the association, is aware that the association is a registered association and not a commercial corporation, and therefore does not have the possibility to obtain financial resources for its activities (including the operation of sports facilities) other than in the form of membership fees and/or subsidies, which are not eligible. ➤ use of the sports field The operator of Drackova jazykova materska skola, tennis club will proceed according to the information contained in the confirmed order. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TENNIS FOR ADULTS INDIVIDUAL LESSONS | CHILDREN TOURNAMENTS FOR CHILDREN ➤ validity of the conditions ➤ These Terms and Conditions for the use of the Hřistě Masná sports venue, ("Terms") govern the use of the sports facilities by members of the Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola Beachclub Strahov association, tennis section, ID: 26670828 and non-members of the association (hereinafter referred to as the "client"). ➤ These Terms and Conditions include the currently valid amount of membership and section contributions. ➤ obligations of the member and the client ➤ The member and the client are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Operating Rules of the area and the Operating Rules of the sports facility and the operating rules of the pressurized hall and to behave in accordance with them. ➤ The member and the client are obliged to report their arrival at the sports facility to the sports facility reception - the reception will inform the member of the type of sports facility. CANCELLATION | season tickets ➤ Deposits can be made the day before until 7:00 PM ➤ All unpaid reservations and cancellation fees (the client orders a sports facility, does not show up or does not cancel their reservation on the specified date) are recorded and Hřiště Masná will request their payment. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION ➤ compensation system ➤ Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola, tennis club, allows for so-called compensation of the unrealized proportional part of a training unit. In this case, a unit is understood to be a tennis lesson (55 minutes of play + 5 minutes of court maintenance), or a "sports" lesson with a coach, etc. Parts of the lesson (e.g. 15, 45 minutes) cannot be replaced. ➤ Compensation means the possibility of choosing an alternative date for carrying out a proportional part of the unrealized training unit. ➤ The right to compensation can be applied and withdrawn for a period of 90 days from its inception. The selection of compensation in a higher price range is possible only after paying the resulting monetary difference, calculated according to the valid membership and club contributions. The selection of compensation in a lower price range does not establish the right to a reduction in the membership or club contribution. ➤ After the 90-day period has elapsed, the right to compensation expires. ➤ If the payment of the membership and club contribution also includes the activities of a coach, the 90-day period does not apply to it and the compensation can be drawn at any time during the period in which it was applied, and further under the conditions stated above. ➤ Adverse weather conditions or the influence of other factors independent of the will of the playground operator do not entitle the customer or club member to compensation, unless otherwise specified for the specific service.
