The following options are available for children: ➤ Group competitions It is a competition between children in the club in the same age category. Tournaments are held approximately once a month. You can find their schedule in the calendar HERE , where you can sign them up. The entry fee can be paid online directly when registering for the tournament. ➤ Club competitions An important part of teaching tennis is that children get to know the wider children's tennis community and play tournaments between different clubs. This applies to: Children who came to us in 2024/25. New kids who have already shown up for training, received a coach's recommendation and applied to the Tennis School. They were then approved, became members and also have access to the member website. Submit the completed questionnaire. 2➤ Once you have sent the questionnaire, your requirements will be assessed by the coaches who confirm the children in the training groups. The aim is to make the groups as homogeneous as possible . It is therefore possible that in some cases the coaches will not be able to satisfy you 100%. Then they will offer you the options of other groups. 3➤ After final confirmation by the coach, your child's name will appear in the TRAINING GROUP TABLE at the bottom of this page. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION ➤ compensation system ➤ Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola, tennis club, allows for so-called compensation of the unrealized proportional part of a training unit. In this case, a unit is understood to be a tennis lesson (55 minutes of play + 5 minutes of court maintenance), or a "sports" lesson with a coach, etc. Parts of the lesson (e.g. 15, 45 minutes) cannot be replaced. ➤ Compensation means the possibility of choosing an alternative date for carrying out a proportional part of the unrealized training unit. ➤ The right to compensation can be applied and withdrawn for a period of 90 days from its inception. The selection of compensation in a higher price range is possible only after paying the resulting monetary difference, calculated according to the valid membership and club contributions. The selection of compensation in a lower price range does not establish the right to a reduction in the membership or club contribution. ➤ After the 90-day period has elapsed, the right to compensation expires. ➤ If the payment of the membership and club contribution also includes the activities of a coach, the 90-day period does not apply to it and the compensation can be drawn at any time during the period in which it was applied, and further under the conditions stated above. ➤ Adverse weather conditions or the influence of other factors independent of the will of the playground operator do not entitle the customer or club member to compensation, unless otherwise specified for the specific service. Podmínky pro užívání sportovišť v rámci celosezónní objednávky ONLINE REZERVACE CENÍK HŘIŠTĚ MASNÁ Storno | HŘIŠTĚ ➤ rezervace zrušená více než 24 hodin před rezervací - bez poplatku ➤ rezervace zrušená 23:59 až 3 hodiny před rezervací - 50% z ceny rezervace ➤ rezervace zrušená 2:59 a méně před rezervací - 100% z ceny rezervace Rezervace sportoviště může být zrušena ON-LINE BOOKER (prolink ZDE preferujeme), telefonicky - 775885519 nebo osobně u správce hřiště Masná FAQ storno | permanentky ➤ vložení do náhrad je možné den předem do 19:00 ➤ Veškeré nezaplacené rezervace a storno poplatky (klient si objedná sportoviště, nedostaví se nebo nezruší svou rezervaci ve stanoveném termínu) jsou evidovány a hřiště Masná bude požadovat jejich zaplacení. Součástí těchto Podmínek je aktuálně platná výše členských a oddílových příspěvků. ➤ Člen SK HAMR si objednává užívání sportovišť provozovaných SK HAMR prostřednictvím celosezónní objednávky, kterou podá osobně na recepci areálu a/nebo své požadavky pošle emailem. ➤ Objednávka musí obsahovat všechny náležitosti. ➤ Objednávka na užívání sportovišť se uzavírá na celé hodiny, respektive půlhodiny. ➤ Užívání sportoviště. ➤ Trenérskou činnost. ➤ Ostatní definované parametry. Potvrzením o užívání sportoviště se rozumí potvrzení objednávky v aplikaci on line rezervace Booker, nebo aplikací rezervace individuálního nebo skupinového tréninku Provozovatel Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola, oddíl tenisu bude postupovat podle údajů obsažených v potvrzené objednávce. K činnosti nad rámec objednávky si vyžádá předchozí souhlas objednatele. Pro některé objednané služby vyžaduje hřiště Masná členství ve spolku. Jedná se zejména o činnost tenisové školy dětí a mládeže, kde je členství povinné pro případ čerpání této služby. Člen je povinen uhradit stanovený členský a oddílový příspěvek do stanoveného data. Při nedodržená data úhrady členského a oddílového příspěvku si Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola, oddíl tenisu vyhrazuje právo členství zrušit v souladu s příslušnými ustanoveními stanov. Uhrazením členského a oddílového příspěvku vzniká členovi Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola, oddíl tenisu, kromě jiného, i právo na užívání sportovišť ve schváleném rozsahu. Člen je povinen se seznámit s Provozním řádem areálu a Provozním řádem sportoviště a provozním řádem přetlakové haly a chovat se dle nich. Člen je povinen nahlásit příchod na sportoviště recepci sportovního areálu - recepce sdělí členovi číslo sportoviště. ➤ Drtáčkova jazyková mateřská škola, oddíl tenisu umožňuje provádět tzv. náhrady nerealizované poměrné části tréninkové jednotky. Jednotkou se pro tento případ rozumí - hodina tenisu (55 minut hra + 5 minut údržba hřiště), nebo hodina ,, sportu" s trenérem apod. Části hodin (např. 15, 45 minut) nelze nahradit. ➤ Náhradou se rozumí možnost výběru náhradního termínu pro uskutečnění poměrné části nerealizované tréninkové jednotky. ➤ Nárok na náhradu lze uplatnit a odebrat po dobu 90-ti dnů od jejího vzniku. Výběr náhrady ve vyšším cenovém pásmu je možný pouze po uhrazení vzniklého peněžního rozdílu, vypočteného dle platných členských a klubových příspěvků. Výběr náhrady v nižším cenovém pásmu nezakládá nárok na snížení členského nebo oddílového příspěvku. ➤ Po uplynutí lhůty 90-ti dnů nárok na náhradu zaniká. ➤ Pokud úhrada členského a oddílového příspěvku zahrnuje i činnost trenéra, nevztahuje se na ni lhůta 90-ti dnů a náhradu lze čerpat kdykoliv během období, ve kterém byla uplatněna, a dále za podmínek uvedených výše. ➤ Nepřízeň počasí nebo vliv jiných skutečností nezávislých na vůli provozovatele hřiště nezakládá objednateli nebo členovi spolku nárok na náhradu, pokud není u konkrétní služby nastaveno jinak. ➤ Provozovatel hřiště Masná a člen spolku, nebo objednatel si výslovně dohodli, že provozovatel má právo zrušit část a/nebo celou objednávku v případě: ➤ Přerušení a/nebo podstatného omezení dodávky energií v rámci vyhlášení energetických regulačních stupňů a/nebo jiných veřejnoprávních opatřeních omezujících spotřebu energií, a/nebo. ➤ V případě vyhlášených omezení souvisejících s opatřením k zabránění šíření virových onemocnění. ➤ S tím, že zrušené a/nebo omezené objednávky budou v takovém případě nahrazeny v následujícím období, a to započtením nespotřebované úhrady na úhradu pro nové období, v případě, že člen anebo objednatel nebude účasten v novém období, bude mu nespotřebovaná úhrada navrácena. ➤ Člen spolku Dráčkova jazyková mateřská škola Beachclub Strahov, oddíl tenisu anebo objednatel tato uvedená a sjednaná oprávnění výslovně uznává a souhlasí s nimi, neboť si je jako člen spolku vědom toho, že spolek je zapsaným spolkem a nikoli obchodní korporace, a tak nemá v zásadě možnost získat finanční prostředky na svou činnost (včetně provozování sportovišť) jinak, něž formou členského příspěvku a/nebo dotací, jež nejsou nárokové.
